強勢が置かれているは think, mom, dad, leave, nothing です。基本通り、全て内容語ばかりです。自分でも発音を練習しながらリズムに慣れてください。ハグリッドは早口ですが、聞き取ることができるようになるでしょう。
leave 〜 with … は「〜に…を残す」です。with が付くのは「あれっ？」と思うかもしれませんがこういうものです。慣れてしまいましょう。他に supply 〜 with …, provide 〜 with … (ともに「与える」) も形が似ています。俗にいうビジネス英語ではよく出てくる表現です。スラスラと書くことができると、大人の世界では便利です。
your mom and dad would leave you with nothing は「お母さんもお父さんもお前には何も残さなかったのだろう。」です。頭に Didn’t you think がついて、「そんなふうには思わなかっただろう？」です。
