最初の Then again (/ðenəgen/) は「ゼナゲン」のようになります。
つづく some of you (/səməvyə/) は「サムオブユー」ではなく「サマブユ」のようになります。some of 〜 など「… of 〜」という表現は頻繁に使われますが、ほぼ必ず of には強勢はなく/əv/ や /ə/ という発音になります。リズムに慣れるようにしましょう。
in possession of は「〜を持って」という意味です。持っているものは abilities (能力、才能) で formidable (非常に優れた) はこれを修飾するものです。
「so 形容詞 that」の構文が使われています。「『形容詞』の程度があまりにもすごいので『that』以下の文章のようになった」あるいは「『that』以下の文章で説明するくらい『形容詞』の程度がすごい」という意味になります (どっちも同じことです)。

feel confident はどちらかと言うと「自分で勝手に思い込んでいる、自信過剰だ」というニュアンスが含まれます。
pay attention は pay attention to 〜 というかたちでよく使われ「〜に対して注意を払う」という意味です。to 〜 を省略していますが、省略しているのは「私の授業、私の話し、私自身」です。
