初めの部分がグチャッとして聞き取りにくいかもしれません。well が入っています。「ウェルホワタユウェイティンフォ」のようになります。well 自体には意味は何もありません。

特に their が聞き取りにくいと思います。their は /ðeə/ ですが機能語なので普段は強勢は置かず、特に最初の /ð/ がほとんど聞こえなくなってしまうことがよくあります。
the left side of their broomstick の部分は「ザレフトサイドベアブルムスティック」のようになります。
この文章は命令語です。everyone は三人称単数ですが、動詞は原形の step で最後に s はつきません。everyone は主語というよりは「みなさん」という呼びかけです。
