後半が早口で聞き取りにくと思います。「ホエネヴェリバデルスワズラネンガバウトザダンジョヌ ヘウェントゥザサドフロアトゥヘメアフ」のような感じです。
head off は先回りをしてさえぎることを意味します。「他のみんなが地下室で駆け回っていたとき」(When everybody else was running about the dungeon)、「スネイプは3階に行って」(he went to the third floor) 「私の邪魔をした。」 (to head me off.) です。
